When you think of marketing, you might picture flashy ads and big brands. But for us at Ensight Digital Marketing, it’s about people—especially the young ones gearing up to take on the world of business. That’s why we jumped at the chance to join the JEMS Acquaintance Party 2024. It wasn’t just a party; it was a gathering of bright young students ready to make their mark, and we were all in to cheer them on.
At our organization, one of our key focuses is nurturing and cultivating the future generation of skilled and impactful marketing specialists. Sponsoring the JEMS Acquaintance Party transcended mere brand visibility. It provided a valuable opportunity for us to connect with talented students, share industry insights, and potentially guide their career paths.
This party was something else. Imagine a sea of the finest Modern Filipiniana/Filipino attire, laughter filling the air, and music that got your feet tapping. There we were, Ensight’s team, right there chatting with students, playing games, and sharing stories. It was a blast!
We’ve always said that learning doesn’t end in the classroom, and at the party, we made sure of it. Our folks chatted with the students about what marketing’s really like out there—beyond the books and exams. It’s these chats that can spark an idea or inspire a career, and we were excited to be a part of that spark.
Some speeches made us think and performances wowed us, but the best part? It was seeing students come over to us, curious about what we do and how we do it. We talked about the digital world and had a good laugh or two. It felt good like we were already part of their journey.
Sponsoring the party meant we got to be pals with the folks at JEMS. We think that when schools and businesses get along like this, everyone wins. The students get a peek into their future careers, and we get to meet the bright minds who might join our team someday.
