Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) to align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (i.e., social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, LinkedIn profile, and blogs).
- Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results and ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and creative content, including captions, images, and videos that resonate with an audience and drive engagement.
- Solid understanding of the various online marketing channels, such as social media platforms, content sharing sites, blogs, and website marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex data, and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Standard English, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Previous experience in social media marketing or digital marketing is highly desirable but not mandatory.
